Information about personal data and methods of processing
When you request to contact our company via the form, we process your name, surname, email, phone number. We need this data so that we can obtain the necessary data for further communication.
Contact form
According to the GDPR, the use of the contact form to establish contact with our company is in the legitimate interest of the operator. In this case, we process your data for a maximum of 15 days – for the time of preparing a response to your request.
The right to withdraw your consent at any time
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data related to the Contact Form at any time by contacting us at the e-mail address architekti@beef.sk. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing your personal data is voluntary. If you are interested in us contacting you and replying to your message, we will need your e-mail or another contact. The consequence of not providing it will be that it will not be possible to contact you, there are no other consequences.
Information storage / security
We use standard security measures in accordance with the law in order to protect personal data provided to us, but due to the nature of the service, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage may be completely secure. Therefore, although we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We do not disclose, make available or provide your personal data to third parties, except as described in this document below. We protect them against damage, destruction, loss and misuse to the best of our technical capabilities.
How do we ensure the security of your personal data?
We do not use personal data for automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU) either.
Who else has access to your personal data from us, what and why?
For its operation, it requires a server and web hosting, on which it is operated as a website itself. For this purpose, we cooperate with another partner: EXO TECHNOLOGIES spol. s r.o., with registered office at Košická 6, 821 09 Bratislava, ID 36485161.
Your Rights
The processing of personal data is governed by Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended, from 25.5.201 Act No. 18 /2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws. If we process your personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to request from the operator access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR) concerning your person,
- the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR) of your personal data,
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of your personal data or
- the right to limit (Art. 18 GDPR) the processing of personal data,
- the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to the processing of personal data, as well as
- the right to portability (Art. 20 GDPR) of personal data,
- the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to §100 of the Act
